Third-Party Products and Sellers

Thrive Freeze-Dried Meats is an independent publisher. We do not manufacture, store, pack, sell or ship any product described on this site. All purchases are made from independent third-party retailers — Your purchase contract is with that retailer, not with us.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party product quality, ingredients, labeling, allergen information, packaging integrity, stock availability, pricing, shipping times, billing, returns or refunds. Product details and prices shown here are gathered in good faith and may become out of date; the retailer’s own product page is always authoritative. Any dispute about an order must be raised with the retailer that took your payment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from your purchase or use of any third-party product, including any product we have described, reviewed or linked to.

Food Safety Notice

Freeze-drying is a preservation process, not a sterilisation process. It does not kill harmful bacteria. Rehydrating food with hot or boiling water is not a substitute for cooking and does not reliably bring food to a safe internal temperature.

Products described on this site as “fully cooked” were cooked before freeze-drying and require only rehydration. Any product labeled raw or uncooked must be handled and cooked exactly as you would fresh raw meat, poultry or seafood — including cooking to a safe minimum internal temperature (generally 165°F for poultry, 160°F for ground meat, and 145°F for whole cuts with a rest period), keeping it separate from ready-to-eat food, and sanitising surfaces and equipment afterwards.

You are responsible for reading the label on any product you buy and for preparing it safely. Information on this site is general guidance for a healthy adult audience and is not tailored to individual medical, allergy or dietary needs. Nothing here is medical or nutritional advice. If you have a food allergy, are pregnant, immunocompromised, or preparing food for someone who is, take professional advice and rely on the manufacturer’s labeling.

Shelf Life and Storage Claims

Shelf-life figures such as “25 years” are manufacturer claims that depend on the packaging remaining sealed and undamaged and on storage in cool, dry, dark conditions. They do not apply to opened containers or to product stored in heat or humidity. We report these claims and explain their conditions; we do not warrant them.
